South Pembs Young Farmer's Club

This year's Wales YFC Chairman Tim John (a Pembrokeshire boy himself) has been challenged to ‘A Mile from Hell’ by each of the Pembrokeshire YFC clubs, in order to raise money for his chosen charity, Kidney Wales.  South Pembs have decided on a Tractor Pull – Tim along with South Pembs members will be pulling a tractor all the way around the showground!  Please support them in any way you can and give them a good cheer!  Tim has already raised over £10,000 for Kidney Wales, which is a fantastic achievement.  Once they arrive back at Lamphey Village Hall, club members will be presenting a cheque of £500 to Tim – raised during their carol singing around the local farms in December.  South Pembs would like to thank local residents for all their support and generosity and hope to see you at the show.

They are also holding their annual Show Dance at Carew Airfield Pavilion on the night of August 4th - entry is £6 and the dance is open to all over 16's - good music, good food and cheap drinks are promised!
